Altmer Architecture Design, ESO

Designs for the Altmer architecture set, early in the development of Elder Scrolls Online. The set was designed to have a distinctive look, but also in sort of a lego fashion so that parts could be standardized, shared across the entire cultural set. I'm proud of the fact that the 3d team on ESO was pretty fond of me :) I tried to make their lives better.

Always concerned with fitting the work into the schedule, we found ways to design core building elements that could be modified to make whole sets. Here is an example.

I like to make a texture sheet, showing a starting point for how all the surfaces of a culture would work together. This is always something that is iterated on once in engine.
